Gil is the Co-Founder of IMG. With over 20 years of Salesforce CRM, Pardot, and overall marketing expertise, he is the team’s fearless leader and has a wealth of Pardot knowledge. Gil has worked with thousands of companies, from startups to Fortune 100’s on developing highly successful print and digital marketing strategies.

Gil’s favorite off-the-clock activities include spending time with his family (including beloved pup Marvel!), snowboarding and watching the New York Yankees.

As co-founder of IMG, Ralph has over 30 years of experience and a proven track record of success. As both President and Chief Executive Officer of multiple start-up companies, he has helped thousands of companies of all sizes develop successful print and digital marketing strategies that set them apart from their competitors.

If Ralph isn’t busy meeting with our clients you may catch him cruising around Rhode Island in his Porsche or enjoying a quality cigar and scotch.

Bella got her start at IMG in 2018 as a Junior Project Manager and has worked her way up to leading IMG’s Salesforce Implementation department. She enjoys pin-pointing her clients’ issues and coming up with a solution for them in Salesforce. When she’s not working on projects, Bella loves to watch football and spend time with her dog, May.

With a passion for typography, color theory, iconography, and all things design, Kristin helps clients bring their brand to life and create a cohesive brand look across all platforms. In her downtime you will find Kristin in the kitchen cooking and baking, learning new crafts, and spending quality time with friends and family.

With a real knack for digital marketing, Cassie has been instrumental in pairing strategy and technology for our clients from both an implementation and ongoing support perspective.

When she’s not busy crafting marketing strategies for clients, you can find Cassie working on a creative DIY project or on the mountain snowboarding with friends!

As Director of Web Operations, Emily leads and manages web development projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom, a music lover, and a fitness enthusiast. Whether it’s keeping projects on track or staying active, Emily thrives on organization and balance.

With a background in nonprofit management, Stefani has a passion for service and education that aids her in understanding client challenges and viewpoints while offering creative solutions. After work, you’ll find her with her husband and family, and enjoying all that nature has to offer while hiking, kayaking, or spending a day at the beach.

Cathy keeps IMG’s finances running smoothly as part of our accounts receivable and accounts payable team. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for organization, she ensures everything stays on track behind the scenes.
When she’s not balancing the books, you can find Cathy soaking up the sun at the beach, indulging in a little retail therapy, or cuddling up with her two dogs for a Netflix binge session!
